How is shipping
calculated?
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150.00. Minimum S/H is 3.50 and all other orders
are charged at a rate of 7% of the total order.

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped by UPS ground and usually take 7 to 10 days for delivery. Air Mail and Rush shipping are available though we only recommend them in extreme emergencies as they are very costly.

What is the return policy?
We guarantee every order 100%! If you are not satisfied with our products or services, simply contact Customer Service and we will begin processing your refund and return. Return merchandise must be received at our location on or before 30 days of ship date, and include a return authorization number for refund. Please keep a record of your order number.
